1. Who we are and how to reach us

C&C TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS SRL sells phone cases, screen protectors, accessories and repair parts through the Frost Atelier store. You can reach us at any time at +40 730 247 417. We usually reply within one business day.

We sell to consumers in all 27 European Union countries. The contract is concluded in the language you use on the site.

2. Products and compatibility

Photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Each product is made for the phone models listed on its page. Please choose your exact model carefully (for example, "iPhone 15 Pro" is not the same as "iPhone 15 Pro Max").

Repair parts (back glass, camera lens glass, tool kits) are meant to be fitted by someone experienced or by a repair shop. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

3. Orders and the contract

You place an order from your bag, through the secure checkout page. After payment you receive an order confirmation by email; the contract is concluded at that moment.

We may cancel an order if the product is no longer available or if a price was shown incorrectly because of an obvious error. In that case we refund the full amount you paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your country's currency and are final. You will not pay customs duties or any other extra charges on delivery.

The shipping cost is shown before you pay. Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through the Shopify platform's payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

The payment methods available depend on your country and are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described on the "Shipping" page.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. See the "Returns and right of withdrawal" page for details.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (EU Directive 2019/771, Romanian Emergency Ordinance 140/2021). If a product is faulty or not as described, write to us with a photo and your order number. We will replace it, repair it or refund you, at no cost to you.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, knocks, drops or damage caused by incorrect installation.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can make a complaint by phone at +40 730 247 417. We resolve them within 15 days at most.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro), an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal), or the consumer authority in your own country.

For a dispute with a seller from another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you free of charge (ECC-Net network).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
