We deliver to all 27 European Union countries. Here is how long it takes and what it costs.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days from dispatch.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, you can cancel it and we will refund you in full.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. If that ever changes, the shipping cost will be shown in your bag and at checkout, before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. Some items may arrive in separate parcels.
Customs and import taxes
Some products ship from warehouses outside the EU. Import taxes are already included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us as soon as possible at +40 730 247 417 with your order number; we will ask you for photos. We will send a replacement or refund you.
