Returns and right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can cancel any order within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason (EU Directive 2011/83, Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014).
How to return
1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at +40 730 247 417 with your order number. You can also use the form below, but you don't have to.
2. Send the products back within 14 days of telling us, to: C&C TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS SRL, Str. Popa Șapcă nr. 9, bl. P1, sc. A, ap. 1, Pitești, jud. Argeș, România.
3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, including the standard shipping cost you originally paid. We may wait to refund until we receive the products or proof that you have sent them.
Return shipping cost
You pay the cost of sending the products back. If a product is faulty, wrong or damaged, we pay for the return.
Condition of the products
You can open the parcel and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond what is needed to inspect it (for example, a screen protector applied to a screen or a part installed), we may deduct its loss in value from the refund.
Refunds
We refund you using the same payment method you used, with no fees.
